Most of you will know Chris Tucker as a major A-list movie star/comedian. However, most of you may be unaware of the significant philanthropic reach of his foundation locally here in Atlanta as well as globally. His charitable endeavors are most likely rooted in part to his parents' and siblings' influences, one of whom (Tammye Stocks) currently runs the organization.
Chris is Known for his humanitarian work. His philanthropy spans globally as he supports charities that address youth's health and education needs, working together to make a positive impact.
Our foundation was happy to show our support and participated in the Chris Tucker Foundation annual golf tournament held on August 28, 2023. This competition is a high-level golf tournament stocked with some of the best non-professionals and celebrity amateurs locally and from across the country. Our team ( Fitzroy Davids, Leonard Chase, Al Givance & Raymond Brooks) still did an amazing job winning fourth place; Al won the longest drive. We plan to be back next year and stronger. Dawn Lewis ( from "A Different World") was our celebrity player – she was terrific!.
